• Students should arrive in the School at 7.30 a.m. for day school and at 6.15 a.m. for morning school for classes Prep to 10. For Nursery Class, students will come at 8.15 a.m. during day school and at 7.25 a.m. during morning school. The School gates will be closed to students 5 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. Parents/Guardians should not go near the class rooms.
  • Improperly dressed students will not be allowed to enter the class. Students who are habitually untidily dressed and improperly shod will be fined. Students are required to attend school in the prescribed uniform.
  • Parents should ensure that their ward returns home immediately after the school gets over.
  • Parents/Guardians should ensure that only reading material connected with class room academics should be brought to school by the student.
  • English must be spoken at all times on the school premises.
  • Any kind of damage to school property will be paid for by the student(s) concerned.
  • The school is not responsible for goods lost. Parents are requested not to allow their children to wear jewellery and bring expensive articles and money to school.
  • Students must return to school promptly after holidays.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience and conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are reasons for dismissal of a students.
  • The intended withdrawal of a student should be intimated to the Principal, in writing , one month in advance. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for the issue of a Transfer Certificate. Application for T.C. should be submitted at least two days before the date on which the T.C. is required.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to enforce regularity and discipline and see that their children prepare their lessons and do their home tasks.
  • All fees must be paid in time, (i.e. by 15th of each month) Rs.5/- will be charged for late payment after 15th of every month till 25th day of the month. Fees will not be received in the bank counter from 26thto the last day of the month and a fine of Rs.10/- after the expiry of the month. A pupil’s name will be struck off the rolls in case of non-payment of fees for two consecutive months. However, he/she may be readmitted on payment of Rs. 100/- only if the payment is made before 3 months. In case, payment of fees is delayed for more than 3 months, readmission can be made by paying Rs.500/- (Five Hundred only) together with the fees. Payment of school fees be made in the Bank Counter by cash only. For issue of duplicate fee challan book Rs.50/- has to be paid.
  • For issue of duplicate Progress Report Rs.50/- will be charged.
  • If, for any reason, the bank counter is closed on the scheduled date for payment of fees, the fees should be paid on the following working day.
  • Students who have been absent, for any reason, from the class must bring a leave letter from their parents stating the cause of absence. The letter should be given to the Principal. In case a child suffers for a long period, school should be intimated within one week.
  • No Student should leave the school premises without the Principal’s permission. Parents are requested not to send the sick child to the school.
  • When the school is in session, no student or teacher should be visited except with the Principal’s permission.
  • Railway Journey concession will be issued only for the two major vacations : Summer and Christmas. Application for Railway Concession should be submitted to the school office at least 10 days in advance. Railway Concession will only be issued to students who are eligible for it as per the rules of the Railways given below.
    a)Native place of the student or
    b)The place where the parents or the guardians of the student normally reside, or
    c)The place where either of parents or the guardians of the students are residing at that
    time.&
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to examine the notice Board when they come to school.
  • Any pupil who resorts to malpractice in the Examinations will be detained.
  • Attendance on all school days up to commencement of examination is mandatory. Students who remain absent during the week preceding the examination may not be otherwise penalized.
  • School authorities and office personnel may be contacted by telephone only between 7.35 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
  • For promotion to the next higher class, the required minimum percentage for each subject is as given below. For classes 9 & 10-35%
  • For classes 3 to 8-40%.
  • Classes 9th & 10th students have to submit the project work in time, failing which their name will not be considered for ICSE Examination.
